  I've lived her a few years and I can't think of anything bad to say about the property, pricing, staff, or neighborhood. The staff is extremely friendly, I was fortunate to be working with Leslie M recently on my renewal, she was extremely helpful and relatable.

  I moved into these apartments about two weeks ago. The floorplans are nice and spacious and they are all well maintained. The real seller is the front office staff. They are often pretty busy but always a pleasure to work with. They are always more than willing to help me out with whatever I need. The maintinance staff is also helpful as they are responsive to service requests usually within 24 hours. I am enjoying my stay here and look forward to my year lease.

  It is almost a year of me living @ this beautiful property & I must say I am extremely happy to be a resident of this community. I can only speak from experience of how much love, care, & compassion that the office staff have shown me from day one of signing my lease. If you are looking for a property that cares EVERWOOD IS THE PLACE! From Eddie the manager to Natalie the previous assistant manager to the office staff of Leslie, Michelle, & the other ladies in the office they all are truly awesome. I am so thankful for God leading me to my new home almost a year ago, I feel comfortable & relaxed to call Everwood my home. Thank you all for the help & love you have shown me!!!!
