  I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by our experience with this company. We had never rented before and chose to do so after selling our home in 2014. We rented from Pegasus for 3.5 years and every time we needed something, they delivered. We never had to go longer than one would expect to wait for repairs. (the kitchen faucet had to be replaced like 3 times.) We just recently moved out of that home and took the necessary steps to ensure we got the maximum amount back from our deposit. (make sure to have your carpets professionally cleaned and provide them with the receipt. The $200 it will cost you will be well worth it.) Yesterday we received our deposit back in the mail. The entire amount, minus the $150 that they kept for the pet deposit (in the lease). So all in all I would recommend this company as they always did everything we needed. The only thing they could improve is answering the phone more often when you call the office.. But other than that... Thanks Pegasus and Rebecca Martinez!
